Sophia Malik AIA, LEED AP brings over 20 years of experience working closely with clients and design teams across a wide range of projects—including civic, cultural, higher education, community-scaled commercial, and high-end residential. Sophia’s unique transition into real estate development was driven by her commitment to ensuring that design excellence has a lasting impact on neighborhoods and communities.

By approaching projects as both an architect and a developer, Sophia adds valuable perspective that promotes sustainable growth and elevates the quality of life for future generations.

Sophia is also deeply invested in advancing equity and inclusivity within the architecture profession. She mentors emerging designers, serves as a juror for the University of Utah and NOMA SLC, and has held leadership roles on boards such as the American Institute of Architects Utah, Women in Architecture SLC and the Utah Contemporary Arts Museum.
